The fabrics on your bed are also another important factor. Make sure that you are sleeping on soft fabrics that are clean. Change your sheets every two weeks or so. The clothes you sleep in at night are also one of the common causes of insomnia.
Habits
Eating heavy meals before bed can lead to insomnia. That’s because eating late at night and too heavily can lead to heartburn. Heartburn is one of the conditions that cause insomnia. If you can take care of your heartburn you might be able to sleep better at night.
Exercising and drinking water are two healthy habits that everyone advocated. Practising these habits at the wrong time can be detrimental to your sleeping patern. Exercising too late into the evening will keep you up all night. Going to the toilet all night because you have had water too late at night is another healthy habit practised at the wrong time.
